RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract you have entered into our online store maxilaria.shop, without giving any explanation, within a period of 14 calendar days (except in the cases below where the right of withdrawal is not granted).
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day following the receipt of the products, ie the day you acquired (or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you acquired) the physical possession of the products.

Consequences of withdrawal::
If you withdraw from the contract, once the return process has been completed and the return conditions below are met, we will refund all the money we received from you, including delivery costs (unless you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method). we offer), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The right of withdrawal does not apply:

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In all cases where the product you received is proven to be defective or the agreed properties are missing or does not correspond to what you have ordered you can request:

ORDER CANCELLATION
Without limitation of the above provisions for withdrawal the cancellation of the order can be done in the following cases:

Once the order has been invoiced and has now been routed for delivery, the return costs are borne by the customer.
